Peter has been a litigation associate with Coia & Lepore, Ltd. since 2000 and is responsible for handling civil matters at the Superior and Supreme Court levels. He has extensive trial experience in personal injury, real estate,commercial and construction related matters, as well as tax sale foreclosures. He has Federal District Court experience in the area of ERISA and has conducted binding arbitrations both as a litigant and as an arbitrator. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. He is a cum laude graduate of Providence College and earned his law degree at St. John’s University. He is a member of the R.I. Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the Roger Williams College American Inns of Court. | |||
