For domestic relation issues, Dadriana Lepore encourages the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Through a process that is an alternative to litigation, Ms. Lepore serves as a mediator. A mediator is a neutral third party, who facilitates the discussion of issues that arise from divorce, such as property distribution and parenting. Through mediation the objectives of the parties will be defined and the mediator assists and encourages the parties in their development of an amicable agreement. Family law mediation is a cost effective and time efficient way to resolve your dispute without litigation.
