Stefano V. Famiglietti

Stefano V. Famiglietti is an associate attorney at Coia & Lepore, Ltd. He focuses his practice on Workers' Compensation Law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He is devoted to ensuring that his clients receive the compensation that they deserve as a result of their work-related injuries. Representing clients at all stages of their work injuries, Stefano regularly argues before the Court to obtain benefits as well as participates in mediations and settlement negotiations to fight for a fair resolution of cases. Additionally, he counsels clients with regard to Social Security disability matters. 

Outside of the courtroom, Stefano advocates for the residents of the Town of North Providence. Stefano is presently in his second term on the North Providence Town Council and serves as President Pro Tempore and Chairman of the Ordinance Committee. He prides himself on confronting issues faced by the residents and uses his position to effectuate the necessary changes.
